Fall 2025 Recruitment

To join Beta Alpha Rho, you must go through BAR’s rush-style recruitment process. The recruitment process requires completing the online application and attending the following events: Diverse Identities BAR Panel, Speed Dating , Debates, Professional Mixer, Ted Talks (invite-only), and Interviews (invite-only).

If you are unable to attend any required event, please inform us as soon as possible. We will be offering one-on-one coffee chats to all PNMs with active members of BAR. Unless you miss an event, these are not required, but it is a great way to get to know our actives outside of the traditional rush process!
