Fall 2026 Recruitment

To join Beta Alpha Rho, you must go through BAR’s rush-style recruitment process. The recruitment process requires completing the online application and attending the following events: Diverse Identities BAR Panel, Speed Dating, Debates, Professional Mixer, Ted Talks (invite-only), and Interviews (invite-only).

If you are unable to attend any required events, please inform us as soon as possible. We will be offering one-on-one coffee chats to all PNMs with the active members of BAR. Unless you miss an event, these are not required, but it is a great way to get to know our actives outside of the traditional rush process!

To get started, complete our application form (which you can access by clicking the button below) —which includes three short questions to help us learn more about you. We also ask that you submit a resume so we can better understand your background and experiences. Don’t worry if you’re new to this — we host a professional development workshop during the recruitment process.
